Primary Weapons
The following list is an explanation of what is needed and what you can use in the gym to get massive results.
The primary list is a must for everyone who’s going through extreme challenges in the gym. There are many times when you will want to quit and give up, but this is what most people do and your not one of them.
Equip and arm yourself with these primary, secondary and special weapons of mass construction.
The Spirit – In lifting we often have moments where we reach so deep into ourselves that we experience an intangible feeling of success or failure. Ultimately the decision is ours, but if we realign our thoughts of overcoming circumstance, Spirit takes those feelings and guides us to forward progression. Train with a forward progression in mind.
The mind- Home of 15-33 billion neurons and communication pathways. The power house of locomotion or beginning of circumstance based of conscious and subconscious thought. The mind is man’s most powerful weapon. In lifting we use this weapon for action and reaction which carry over to sport or real life.
The body-The working unit or tool we use to complete voluntary and involuntary tasks. In lifting we use the body to perform miraculous athletic feats or achievements through auto suggestive positive thoughts that are to be reinforced from the mind.
* When the three are combined from an understanding that spirit starts everything in motion to achieve great athletic success we become aligned with ourselves which at that point starts other opportunities for success.
