Strength Training & Navy Seal Team 6
What a bunch of bad asses!
My thanks to them and who ever put one in the brain of Bin laden…
What a real a$$hole this bin laded guy was…
To be a coward and take a women to protect him from getting his ace kicked shows just what kind of a person he really was. No real leader would do the things he has done because leadership requires integrity, strength, courage, character which he has none of.
Of course he has none of that!
Seal team did though…
The good will always triumph over the evil. No matter how bad things seem to be It’s always important to try and focus on the positive or the good in anything.
I know what your thinking!
It easier said than done and your right. It takes the character traits I mentioned above to think that way. If you don’t have it now you will with practice and discipline. I’m still practicing what I preach and still slip up from time to time.
Your human, it’s ok!
Think about the mental strength these guys needed to do what they have done. The focus they must have had during the raid is insane. When you put your mind to something with the most absolute attention to detail you make things happen. It’s a major want or need!
In strength training and in military missions goals are made. If focused on for long enough you will reach them, but for those who give up on the first sign of defeat have no real desire to accomplish anything they set out to do.
We must keep pushing forward until we get our answer. It took us almost 10 years before we got the worlds most wanted terrorist, but we got him because we refused to quit.
Keep this in mind when your trying to so something when it seems impossible.
