If your looking for performance gains the weight room is only one area of focus that you need to be concerned with. Nutrition plays a vital role in success or failure in everything we do. You can not drive a car very far if you don’t have any gas in it duh! Many times we also need to consider how much we put in and the quality. It’s up to you if you want to maximize your full potential!

Best Choice Carbohydrates

 _Any and all greens (Vegetables)

_Any and all fruits especially focus on berries ( Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.)

*Note- If you decide to eat bread make sure to do so on workout days only this goes for fruits that are not in berry form

Best choice Protein

_ Wild game (very lean)

_ Lean ground beef 93% or higher

_ Eggs

_ Any and all ground up wild game if you have access to it

_ Nuts & Seeds

_ Fish

_ Deli meats

_ Non fried seafood

_ Tuna in water

_ Bacon

Best Choice Fat

_Omega fatty acids (fish oil, Udos oil, cod liver oil)

_Baked chips, sun chips

_Avocados

Sweets

_BBQ Sauce

_ Natural frozen yogurt

_Ketchup

_Mustard

_Salsa

Cheat days

If your disciplined enough to eat very well six out of the seven days you are rewarded with a cheat day. Have some fun with food and eat what you wish. If your trying to loose weight make sure to not take this day to far, but do make sure to get some of your favorite foods in from time to time.
