Mama Said Knock You Out- Friday Workout
Today’s workout is an alternate workout for me, but feel free to hit last Friday’s Training session. My upper body is extremely sore from practicing my technique with the hang clean. Talk about a trapezius developer that will do you in for a bit. It was so sore that the bar resting on my back felt like a knife digging into me. I ripped though it anyway coming away feeling pretty awesome.
Yesterday’s blog post had some serious content in it. If you didn’t understand what in the world I was talking about don’t worry it’s only taken me two years of constant study to figure out just how powerful that info is. Still studying to find new answers to questions that come up every single day. That’s about as real as I can get with you because that’s exactly what’s going down. It all has to do with the mind and getting your best workout possible!
Determining what beliefs you have about the training you’re doing with me will make your workouts FEEL AMAZING! If the belief system is off you can expect your workouts to be off. My workouts are simple, but extremely effective. It takes no time at all for me too shed some body fat and build muscle when things are going perfect, but lets be honest I’m just as human as you are and not every workout is going to be perfect just like everyday wont be perfect. Make your days into the best possible through what you believe in.
1) 1000 meter row for warm up
2a) Power lunge 5 x 6 reps (explode)
2b) Scooter/ power wheel leg curl 5 x 20-25 reps
