Trained Tuff Beast Breakfast

BEAST BREAKFAST PREP

There are many times whey you feel lazy or there seems to be no time to eat as well as you would like. I hear ya as I’m just as human as you and feel what your saying. So I thought I would put together a simple, but very effective meal that decreases body fat and gives you a ton of energy through out the day with out feeling bloated.

Here’s a list of ingredients you will need in order to get this quick meal into your gut and working for you as soon as possible.

  • 1 bowl
  • olive oil
  • 6 eggs more or less depending on your hunger level and metabolism
  • frozen peppers red, green, yellow etc.
  • Organic greens
  • Almond milk ( Optional)
  • Good tunes : )

I’m not to flashy of a person, what you see is what you get. I eat to perform better and that’s all there is to it. I’m not to worried about how my food looks or tastes because it serves a purpose and that is to fuel and make me better, period! You see, many people have and own everything known to man, but one thing they often look over is their health. If you don’t have that you don’t have anything. There’s only one fountain of youth that I’ve ever discovered and that’s a combination of eating well, training, and the mental or spiritual component. Critical!

If you know of a person that seems to have every excuse in the book for not getting into better shape maybe remind them of a couple of things that you take away from this blog post. Not everyone wants to do what we do and that’s perfectly fine with me, but for the people who do should be informed and given as much information as possible so they to can become better.

It takes discipline to stay consistent with this way of eating because of all those food temptations out there. Especially this time of year during the holiday season where everyone seems to be sending you many holiday foods. They’re good, but not good for you as you already know. Those who do this now will win when spring and summer come around. You definitely want to be the person feeling good in your clothes during that time of the year.

Get Yolked by Eating Yolks

If your wanting to build muscle mass you must incorporate high quality proteins into your diet. I’m no nutritionist, but one of the best foods to eat are eggs because of all the health benefits which I’ll go over. I’ve mentioned in the past that you should try and get your eggs farm fresh if you can, but if that’s impossible for you get them without antibiotics or hormones. The farm fresh eggs are best with those

The Final Product

brightly colored yolks which are filled to the brim with nutrients.  Eggs have six grams of protein which half of that is found in the yolk. They give you a ton of energy and also help prevent muscle loss. There are many other benefits like biotin which is also found in the yolk. Biotin is shown to help with the health of your hair!

In the pic to the left you’ll see the finished product which was made with six eggs, a couple of hand fulls of frozen veggies and some salsa for flavoring. For additional protein you can add some beef, ham or turkey in the middle of this master piece. This bad boy should feel you up for three hours or so before you will need to re fuel.

Once you begin a serous training program and see progress in muscle size, strength etc you will need to eat ever couple hours because of your increased metabolism. If you don’t feel like this your not adding muscle and need to switch your program up. Pure foods with no added ingredients will get you shredded. It’s easy to say that, but even harder to do it. Stay consistent and don’t over do it. Try this one out for size and let me know how your results are coming along. I’ve had great results with eggs added into my diet. You can easilly add this meal into your diet.

That’s a Trained Tuff Beast Breakfast on ya!
